Terms of Service

01. Scope and eligibility

These terms govern use of thongnguyen.online, operated by Thong Nguyen, based in Hanoi, Vietnam. Contact: admin@thongnguyen.online. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. This website currently offers no application registration or purchase.

The future application is intended for users aged 18 or older with the legal capacity and authority to manage the accounts they connect. Users acting for an organization must have authority to represent it. Additional product terms will be disclosed before application registration becomes available.

02. Service status

The website provides a short product description, policy documents and email contact links. Registration, scheduling, OAuth, video publishing and live reporting are not available.

Planned features, timing and limits may change according to implementation, API access and platform review. There are no promised view counts, revenue, growth results, successful posting rates or uptime commitments. No paid plans, payments or automatic renewals are offered.

The proposed postiz.thongnguyen.online service has not been deployed. No login is provided at that subdomain.

03. Accounts and authorization

When accounts become available, you must provide accurate information, protect your access and connect only accounts you are authorized to manage. Authorization must use official OAuth flows and permissions tied to a specific feature. Never send passwords, tokens or recovery codes to support.

Before confirming a post, check its content, destination, time zone, privacy settings, rights and required advertising disclosures. The application may act only within your authorization. Revoked tokens, quota limits, API errors and provider outages may prevent scheduled publishing.

Disconnection must stop future jobs for that connection. It does not remove posts already published. To remove data held by the application, follow the deletion instructions.

04. Content and conduct

You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for the rights to use videos, images, music, trademarks and personal data you upload or publish. Follow applicable law, community rules and commercial content disclosure requirements.

• Do not publish unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing or harmful content.
• Do not spam, manipulate engagement or bypass quotas, security controls, platform review or account restrictions.
• Do not collect data without authorization, use unauthorized APIs or access another person’s account.
• Do not steal tokens, exploit the service or disrupt its operation.

When content processing is implemented, your license to the product will be limited to storage, necessary conversion and delivery needed for the actions you request. It does not transfer ownership or authorize resale or unrelated advertising use.

05. Third-party platforms

ThongNguyen Publisher is independent of TikTok, Meta and Google. No app approval, partner certification or OAuth verification has been confirmed. Platform names describe planned integrations.

Users of future YouTube features will also be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The developer must comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and applicable policies. Google data handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy and this product’s Privacy Policy.

Other integrations are subject to the relevant provider terms, including TikTok Terms, Facebook Terms, Instagram Terms and Meta Platform Terms.

Providers may change APIs, permissions, account eligibility and service limits. The application must respect those limits and explain relevant restrictions before authorization or publishing.

06. Intellectual property

The product’s design and source code remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable software licenses. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google and Postiz trademarks belong to their respective owners. These terms grant no rights to those trademarks.

Do not impersonate a provider or imply an approval that has not been granted. A separate license is required if the owner chooses to distribute the source code.

07. Suspension and deletion

When the application operates, access may be restricted to address violations, security risks or valid legal/platform requests. Action should be proportionate, with notice where possible.

You may stop using the service, revoke OAuth access and request deletion. See the retention policy and deletion instructions for scope and processing deadlines. Published content must be managed on its platform.

08. Liability and disputes

The service should be provided with reasonable care. The information website does not guarantee how the future application will operate. To the extent permitted by law, uninterrupted or error-free service is not promised.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact us by email to try to resolve a concern. Disputes that cannot be resolved will be handled by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law; these terms do not restrict any mandatory right to bring a claim in another competent forum.

09. Updates and contact

We will update the effective date and give appropriate notice of material changes. New data processing will be disclosed in the Privacy Policy, with consent obtained where required.
