01. Current website

This website has no user accounts, OAuth connections, stored tokens, uploaded media or social platform API data. You do not need to log in to request deletion.

To remove your theme preference, clear site data for thongnguyen.online in your browser. If you have sent an email, you can request deletion of that correspondence. Hosting logs, if collected after deployment, are subject to the published configuration and provider policies.

The account disconnection instructions below describe the planned application. They do not imply an active connection exists today.

02. Request deletion by email

  1. Email admin@thongnguyen.online with the subject Data Deletion Request — ThongNguyen Publisher.
  2. Include the email you used to contact or register with the service, the relevant platform and the account/channel name or ID, if known.
  3. State whether you want support correspondence, one connection’s data or all application account data deleted.
  4. The owner may ask for confirmation through an already verified email or channel to avoid deleting another person’s data. Only the minimum necessary verification should be requested.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, one-time codes or unnecessary identity documents. Requests are handled by email. There is no automated request ID or status tracker.

03. Disconnect or revoke access

The planned in-app path is Settings → Connected accounts → Select platform → Disconnect. This screen is not available on the current website. A disconnection must stop future jobs and further token use for that connection.

If you have authorized an application, you can also revoke access with the provider:

  • TikTok: find app permissions in your security settings, select the application and remove access. Menu names vary by app version.
  • Facebook Pages: check “Business integrations” or “Apps and websites” in Facebook settings, select the application and remove it. Page administrators may also need to review Page access.
  • Instagram: review “Apps and websites” or the related Meta integration, depending on the login flow used.
  • Google / YouTube: open Google’s account permissions page, select the application and remove its access.

Revocation blocks future access but may not remove stored copies. Email a deletion request to remove data held by ThongNguyen Publisher.

04. Process and timing

Email requests can be made now. The steps relating to OAuth and application data apply once those features become available:

  1. Acknowledgement: target a response within 3 business days, including any necessary verification.
  2. Stop access: stop new jobs and token use when disconnection or revocation is confirmed.
  3. Deletion: target completion within 7 calendar days for a reasonably verified request. Requested deletion of YouTube data or an account containing YouTube data must be completed within 7 calendar days; internal handling must not extend that limit.
  4. Google revocation: process as soon as possible, with a 7-day internal target and no later than the applicable YouTube limit of 30 calendar days.
  5. Confirmation: reply by email with what was deleted and any specific legal basis, scope and expiry for retained data.

Backups must meet mandatory API deletion deadlines and must not restore deleted records. Other periods are listed in the retention policy. Reply to your original email thread to follow up.

05. Scope and limits

Once implemented, deletion may cover tokens, account/channel information, drafts, media, schedules, job history and associated metrics, according to your request and the relevant API policies.

Deleting data held by ThongNguyen Publisher does not delete posts, videos or accounts on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. Manage those directly on the platform. Disconnection does not remove previously published content.

This is a public instructions page, not a Data Deletion Callback API. No endpoint validates Meta signed_request payloads or returns an automated confirmation code/status URL. If a Meta callback is chosen later, it must be implemented and tested separately. Do not configure this page as a callback endpoint.
